Over 10 years ago, my daughter was diagnosed with a serious mental health challenge. At that time,  I transitioned from the classroom as a teacher to learn all things mental health to support my daughter. Along the way, I've be afforded the opportunity to support many families and found a true desire to help couples improve their lives.

I would suggest to set an intention to attend four sessions and see if you can identify any changes from starting. Don't think big picture just look at the first few sessions and then decide if you want to move forward long term with counseling support. 

I'm pretty mild tempered and I'm not a get all in your face kinda of personality. I find the best support comes from exploration in a safe space to share your needs and thoughts. I'm also pretty transparent and try to find light in the darkest places. 

All are virtual so you will receive a link to join and upon joining, you will provide updates on your goals and anything that has happened since our last session. We will focus on the session goals after and I try to give homework to help with continued success outside of sessions. 

I've had the opportunity to support many couples who are various stages of relationship like reconnecting through therapy, moving past infidelity, and preparing to end the relationship. I'm also grateful to help couples through premarital counseling.
