What's your experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)?
I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals to follow structured sessions. The focus exploring the relationship between thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions.
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
From a very young age I was attracted to a field of service for those in need.
What's your experience with clients with depression?
Listening to concerns and identifying pressing stressors to handle first is an effective way to work towards meeting individual's goals.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I want to hear your story and be part of your journey towards a more fulfilling life.
Why is trauma processing important?
Trauma can be a stressful part of life and sometimes additional resources such as therapy are need it to overcome it. Therapy shows how to develop resilience and improve coping mechanisms which promote a happier life.

I offer a client-oriented approach, we move forward as fast or slow as need it to help you meet your treatment goals.
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
We open the session by checking on presenting stressors and emotions. We follow a treatment plan designed to focus on your therapy goals.
How can you provide care remotely?
I provide a friendly and sincere approach by being available in between sessions for urgent matters or following up with assignments.
