Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
Watching my mother care for people within our community with Mental Health concerns when I was growing up as a child. The progress in understanding the human mind and their behavior is what motivates me.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
One should Absolutely try therapy. It is like talking to a confidant without fear of gossiping and an opportunity to see your concerns from a healing perspective with researched effective outcomes.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am all about the person being the expert of themselves and offering a natural organic experience to solve their concern(s) effectively and efficiently.
