Hi I'm Delondria but you can call me Catrice (my middle name). It is my intent to raise awareness about mental health issues. Why is it important (glad you asked)? Because it affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Let’s reduce the stigma related to mental illness.
