With over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare field, I focus on mental health and family care, treating patients aged 13 and above. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and am dual Board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. My extensive background ensures that I can provide personalized, high-quality care tailored just for you. I combine the latest medical guidelines with my own clinical experience to offer the best possible treatment. My services include mental health assessments, psychotherapy, and medication management for conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, general mental health, stress reduction, and ADHD (without stimulants). Currently, I offer telehealth services to clients in Arizona and accept Cigna, Aetna, and private pay, with more insurance options and states coming soon.
