I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. With extensive training and experience in family practice and psychiatric care, I am equipped and dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of mental health and primary care conditions. Through active listening, evidence-based assessments, and individualized treatment plans, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my patients can openly discuss their concerns. How do you work with clients with anxiety?

For mental health conditions, I treat patients aged 8 years old and above. I provide brief therapy for consultation, evaluation, and medication management if needed.

I understand that hectic schedules are inevitable and sometimes visiting a doctor or a practitioner takes a lot of time. It's a good thing I also offer remote services because I know that mental well-being should also be prioritized.
