About Eboni
For over five years, I've worked with individuals across healthcare and community settings who are navigating challenges related to identity, past traumas, abuse, family conflict, and everyday stressors such as work and relationships. My approach is grounded in solution-focused techniques aimed at helping you regain your strength build resilience and view your experiences through a new and empowering lens. I am currently working toward my clinical supervision to further enhance my skills and continue providing effective tools to support you on your healing journey. I am currently under direct supervision by Danielle Jenkins, LCSW-S #64305
How do you work with clients with depression?
I've supported clients whose depression affected every part of daily life, from motivation to how they viewed themselves and the world. Through therapy, I help individual build coping skills, see their experiences though a new and compassionate lens, navigate difficult moments, access supportive resources, and reconnect with the light and strength within themselves.
How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I've worked closely with clients facing anxiety and panic, helping them uncover triggers, understand their emotions, and recognize how anxiety affects their daily lives. With gentle guidance, coping tools, and a supportive plan, I help clients feel more grounded, navigate relationships and stressful moments with confidence, and learn to advocate for themselves while building a sense of calm an inner strength.
