Ebonie-Marché Jones

I grew up living on the island of Antigua and in New York City. Having such an experience has allowed me to be culturally sensitive, and more aware and curious about differences and commonalities in culture, family dynamics, and parenting styles. My approach is eclectic and client centered. I believe people already have the answers they seek, and my responsibility is to assist in the discovery of these answers. My approach also involves mindfulness and movement to guide clients towards feeling safe in the body. My practice disrupts transgenerational patterns that perpetuate silence and secrecy around sexual abuse and other adverse childhood experiences.
