I want you to know that I speak the language of Infertility. You will not need to educate me. If you're going through fertility struggles, you will NOT need to waste time explaining the difference between IUI and IVF to me. You will not need to describe what each diagnostic test is testing for. Instead, we can skip the explanations and jump into how the experience is for YOU.

Experiencing trauma and/or abuse can cast a shadow on everything else whether you realize it or not. For treatment of trauma, I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that uses bi-lateral stimulation (aka eye movements) to suppress your fear instinct so that we can help your brain re-process those traumatic events. The facts about what happen remain the same (and you're able to recall them), but your emotional and fear responses will have changed. Clients that have used ART to process their trauma typically say that the effects are immediate and long-lasting.
