I am a licensed mental health therapist specializing in addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also support individuals who are feeling burned out, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and the people around them. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can better understand your experiences and begin moving toward meaningful change.
My approach is holistic, looking beyond diagnoses and traditional talk therapy to address the connection between the mind and body. I believe mental health is about more than your thoughts alone, and I use mind-body based techniques to help you uncover the root of your challenges, build resilience, and create lasting, genuine healing.

How does acceptance and commitment (ACT) work, and what do sessions look like?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions instead of fighting or avoiding them. Rather than trying to eliminate uncomfortable feelings, ACT teaches practical skills to accept what is outside your control while committing to actions that reflect your personal values. This approach can be especially effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout.
In our sessions, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, identify the values that matter most to you, and practice mindfulness and mind-body techniques that help you respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility and resilience. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences, giving you practical tools you can apply in everyday life to create meaningful, lasting change.
What's your approach to self esteem concerns, and what does progress look like for clients?
I believe self-esteem is shaped by our life experiences, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves. Rather than simply trying to "think more positively," I help clients identify the underlying patterns that contribute to self-doubt, shame, or feeling not good enough. Using a holistic, mind-body approach, we work to heal these deeper wounds while developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence.
Progress looks different for everyone, but many clients begin to notice they are less critical of themselves, feel more connected to their values, set healthier boundaries, and make choices that align with the life they truly want. The goal isn't perfection—it's developing a more authentic and compassionate relationship with yourself.
