With over a decade of experience, I offer individual and group therapy tailored to your unique needs. I’m trained in powerful, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and CBT — which means we’ll work together to find strategies that truly support your growth and healing.
In addition to clinical work, I’ve had the honor of presenting at national conferences, including the National Organization for Victims Advocacy and the Texas Council for Family Violence. Locally, I collaborate with schools and organizations to promote mental wellness in our community.
My specialties include working with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, relationship issues, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism support), LGBTQIA+ identity, spirituality, self-harm, and more. I also offer virtual therapy through telehealth, making it easy to connect no matter where you are.

How does couples therapy work and how can it help?
In couples therapy, I provide a neutral, supportive space where both partners feel heard and respected. Using the Gottman Method, we focus on strengthening your friendship, improving communication, and learning how to manage conflict in healthier ways. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be causing disconnection and practice tools that help you build trust, intimacy, and a stronger emotional bond. Couples therapy isn’t about assigning blame — it’s about helping you grow as a team, so your relationship can feel more connected, resilient, and fulfilling.
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and helping them through life’s most difficult challenges. Early in my career, I witnessed the strength and resilience of survivors of trauma, and it inspired me to dedicate my work to creating a safe space where healing and growth are possible. What keeps me motivated is seeing the progress my clients make — whether it’s a small breakthrough, a moment of self-compassion, or a major life change. Knowing that I can walk alongside someone as they rediscover their strength and build a more fulfilling future is both humbling and inspiring. Every client’s courage reminds me why I chose this path.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by the past, I want you to know you're not alone. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life's most difficult transitions — with compassion, without judgment.
How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?
When working with trauma and PTSD, my first priority is creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel in control of your healing process. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT to help you process painful memories, reduce triggers, and develop tools for managing overwhelming emotions. Together, we move at your pace — focusing on safety, building resilience, and helping you reclaim a sense of peace, strength, and hope for the future.
What do therapy sessions with you look like?
In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you’re free to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we’ll work together to set goals and explore what feels most important to you. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches — always tailored to your unique situation. Sessions often include reflection, skill-building, and practical tools you can use in your daily life. Above all, therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
