I am very easy to work with as I set a safe environment where I remain unbiased and no judgement and being empathetic people find it very easy to open up to me and I have a very strong success rate so let’s get started today I can’t wait to meet you!

I incorporate different methods most popular and or scientifically proven such as the Gottman method and I tend to use a lot EFT (emotionally forced therapy). I also use different sessions to work one on one with each of the couple to explore attachment styles they may be and how past traumas are still affecting them in their relationships 

I work with my couples via Zoom and I have found that my clients really like the fact that they don’t have to travel and they are more comfortable in their own home and sometimes I have the couple go to separate rooms and found that they have a easier time saying what they want because they are not as intimidated by their partner being in the room and blowing up at them.  Also my clients tend to not miss a session as easily.

I am pleased to also offer spiritual counseling as I am a born again Christian and through theological education and faith based modules and the power of the word through scriptures and prayer we can overcome anything through our lord Jesus Christ.

I also offer a new and realistic approach to Life Coaching and work diligently one on one with my clients I have a great success rate and I am always extremely happy to see my clients succeed and rise above becoming the best version of themselves and learning self love.  I hope to hear from you soon and together we got this!!
