With over 10 years’ experience in the counseling field providing services in Hospitals, Day Programs, Group Therapy, and Private Practice. Treatment techniques include; CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing along with Person Centered Therapy. Elizabeth’s areas of specialization include self-defeating behaviors, mental health (depression, mood disorders, addiction), and relationship issues. Elizabeth uses a collaborative approach while incorporating positive life skills and out of the box therapy techniques.
