I build my sessions around what my clients need. For some people that's playing a game or doing an art activity while we talk. For others, it's using a more structured approach. Sometimes a mix of both. I make sure that since I'm asking people to be honest and transparent with me that I do the same for them. So be prepared for a bit of randomness in the form of weird examples and pop culture references. :)

I find some people are more comfortable in their own environment to be more open. I've done some additional training to be sure that I can be effective meeting virtually (even with kids and integrating play therapy techniques). I send out a link for a HIPAA secure Google Meet link for sessions just for you for each meeting.
