I am available for teletherapy and work with adults who are looking to connect with a licensed professional to process life’s stressors and address specific emotional responses and behaviors. Life is tough and reaching out for help with managing some aspects is the right thing to do. I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat mood changes, trauma, impulse control and anxiety although not exclusively.
