How do you work with clients with depression?

I take a holistic approach to treating depression, incorporating therapy, lifestyle modifications, and, when necessary, medication. Through person-focused care, I work with clients to identify underlying causes, build resilience, and develop healthier thought patterns. My treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring compassionate and effective support.

How do you work with clients with anxiety?

For anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness techniques to help clients manage symptoms. I assess triggers, teach coping strategies, and, if needed, provide medication management. My goal is to empower clients with tools for long-term emotional regulation and well-being.

How can you provide care remotely?

I offer telehealth services, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Through secure video consultations, I provide psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management. My holistic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and culturally sensitive care to ensure comprehensive treatment.
