My approach is to create a collaborative and supportive space in which we explore your experience and discover the wisdom you hold within to heal and change. I want every client to leave therapy feeling empowered and more confident than when they arrived. I use an integrative approach of evidence-based therapies including but not limited to IFS, Somatic therapies, Polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed treatments. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional which informs my integrative style. I have experience working with clients experiencing grief and facing the effects of trauma.
