About Eva
My goal is to listen, understand, and collaborate with you to address your concerns and help you achieve your personal goals. Each of us has our own story and sources of pain, and together, we can explore the root causes of your challenges with care and curiosity. I aim to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to work toward deeper understanding and lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I support clients in exploring the emotional patterns, life experiences, relationships, and stressors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, or feeling stuck. Therapy is not about judging where you are; it is about helping you understand yourself more clearly and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and healing. Serving clients in Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, and across Massachusetts through virtual therapy.

How do you work with clients with trauma and PTSD?
When working with trauma and PTSD, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and steady therapeutic relationship. Trauma can affect the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety, so healing often begins with helping clients feel grounded and more in control of their nervous system. I work at a pace that feels manageable for each client. Together, we may explore trauma-related triggers, painful memories, emotional responses, and the ways past experiences continue to affect present life. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, helping clients process what happened without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The goal is to reduce distress, rebuild a sense of safety, and support clients in moving toward healing, confidence, and greater emotional freedom.
How do you work with clients on anger management?
I work with clients on anger management by first helping them understand what their anger is trying to communicate. Anger often shows up when someone feels hurt, overwhelmed, unheard, disrespected, or emotionally unsafe. Rather than simply focusing on “controlling” anger, we explore the triggers, patterns, and deeper feelings underneath it. Together, we work on identifying early warning signs, building healthier coping tools, improving communication, and learning how to pause before reacting. My goal is to help clients express themselves in ways that are clear, respectful, and effective, while also addressing the root causes of their anger so lasting change can happen.
