"Hello! I'm Fatmata Juldeh Koroma, a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Raleigh, NC. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Central University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in mental health care. Currently, I have the privilege of working at Senior Health and Education Partners, as well as Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health Hospital. In these roles, I focus on providing personalized psychiatric care, conducting thorough evaluations, and managing medications to help individuals regain their mental wellness. My background spans various settings, including emergency rooms and inpatient psychiatric units, where I’ve gained extensive experience diagnosing and treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, and ADHD. I believe in a holistic and evidence-based approach to care, collaborating with counselors, social workers, and family members to ensure my patients receive comprehensive treatment. My philosophy centers on the belief that mental health is a key component of overall well-being, and I am committed to helping individuals achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
