About Forogh
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy to adult clients - I also enjoy working with preteens/teens!
In my work with clients I explore individual factors, family dynamics/patterns (historical/current), and social factors (privilege, marginalization) as they relate to presenting problems (anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, etc.) Additionally, I work from a decolonial, intersectional feminist, and social justice lens. I see clients as the expert in their lives and collaborate with them to better support them in leading their best lives.
