My approach to OCD is compassionate, supportive, and evidence-based. We work to better understand intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and behaviors that may be keeping the cycle going, while developing healthier ways to respond. Progress is not about eliminating every unwanted thought—it is about feeling more in control, reducing the impact of OCD on your daily life, and becoming more confident in handling difficult thoughts and feelings.
