I offer both medication management and psychotherapy, and I treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and much more.
I understand that each mental health condition is as unique as the individual, and treating it effectively requires a personalized approach. I also know life can be busy, so I offer flexible appointment hours, including evenings and weekends. Most patients are seen within 2 weeks. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but I’m here to provide support in a compassionate, judgment-free space.

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
When considering working with me, I want people to know that I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique mental health needs. My background as a Chief Resident at the University of Florida and my Master’s of Education from Harvard enable me to combine clinical expertise with a deep understanding of patient education. I offer both medication management and psychotherapy, focusing on collaboration, empowerment, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. My approach is flexible and tailored, ensuring that each person receives the support they need to navigate their mental health journey effectively.
How do you work with clients with bipolar disorder?
When working with clients who have bipolar disorder, I use a combination of medication management and psychotherapy, such as CBT and Psychoeducation, to stabilize mood swings and support emotional regulation. I focus on creating a collaborative treatment plan that includes monitoring medication, making adjustments as needed, and providing ongoing support. My aim is to empower clients to manage their condition effectively and improve their overall well-being.
How do you work with clients with depression?
When working with clients who have depression, I take a compassionate, individualized approach using evidence-based treatments like CBT and MBCT. I focus on understanding each person’s unique experiences and help them identify negative thought patterns and behaviors. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, set goals, and develop coping strategies to improve mood, build resilience, and enhance their quality of life.
How do you work with clients with anxiety?
When working with clients with anxiety, I take a personalized and empathetic approach, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help manage symptoms. I focus on understanding each individual’s unique experiences and triggers, and empower clients to actively participate in their treatment. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can learn coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.
How can you provide care remotely?
Remote care, or telehealth, provides a convenient way to deliver mental health services, including therapy sessions, medication management, and patient education, via secure video calls, phone consultations, and online resources. It offers flexibility in scheduling and access, making it easier for individuals to manage their mental health needs from anywhere.
