Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I have always been a good listener that has the desire to help people.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I know it can feel uncomfortable talking to someone you don’t know about your worries. Our space will be safe and free of judgement
Why is trauma processing important?
Until we process the trauma it is impossible to live fully free and true to ourselves.
