Welcome to my profile! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in various settings. I am a NY state licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. I have completed specialized training in multiple treatment modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I provide clinical supervision, trainings and consult on a variety of mental health and DEIB topics. My main goal is to aid you in self-discovery, symptom reduction, and learning better means of coping and living. My intention and commitment to you is to help summon your emotional, mental, and spiritual strengths in an effort to begin the process of healing and moving forward. I make it my priority to understand how racial identity impacts how we experience the world. And while not every facet of our racial identity and experience can be easily articulated, everyone should have the freedom to be themselves. Ready to take the next step?
