Drawing from my background in family systems work, I can assist you in better understanding the impact of your family of origin experiences, and other significant relational experiences in your past and present, as you make changes to your current relational functioning.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

When it's the right fit, therapy can be wonderful! I'd recommend consulting with several therapists before making your choice, and looking for someone with whom you think you could be comfortable.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?

Therapy can be customized to work for you. I'm trained in a variety of therapeutic theories and modalities, and have an integrative approach. I tend to be candid, informal, and warm. I value the therapeutic relationship, and aim to show up as my authentic self, with the hope that it enables my clients to do likewise.
