About Hannah
I am excited to work with clients of all ages and a wide variety of diagnoses. I want to help those who need a listening ear feel less alone. I acknowledge how brave it is to seek mental health treatment and want to ensure everyone feels included in our safe space.
I am passionate in working with a wide range of diagnoses, such as anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem, and stress management. I acknowledge the bravery it takes to seek therapy and utilize this in my person-centered approach. I also utilize other modalities such as ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment where progress can be made at the pace of each client. From me, you can expect authenticity, compassion, support, understanding, and patience. I can’t wait to work with you and assist you on your journey!

What's your approach to depression, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to depression begins with creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood without judgment. I use a person-centered approach along with evidence-based strategies from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthy coping skills. Together, we identify what may be contributing to feelings of sadness, disconnection, low motivation, or hopelessness and work toward meaningful, manageable changes.
Progress looks different for everyone. It may include feeling more connected to yourself and others, developing healthier ways to manage difficult emotions, rebuilding self-esteem, becoming more engaged in activities that matter to you, or simply feeling less alone. I believe progress happens at your pace, and I will support and encourage you throughout the process.
Approaches · Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
How does acceptance and commitment (ACT) work, and what do sessions look like?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on helping you develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than allowing them to control your life. Through ACT, we explore what matters most to you, practice accepting experiences that cannot always be changed, and develop skills to respond to challenges in ways that align with your values.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. We may explore patterns that are holding you back, practice mindfulness and acceptance exercises, identify your personal values, and set realistic goals that support meaningful change. My goal is to help you build greater flexibility, self-awareness, and confidence while taking steps toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
