Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I decided to become a therapist after going through my own experiences and realizing how helpful it is to have one. I love being able to walk with people through hard times, it’s an honor to be trusted with such a profound season in a persons life.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
Being uncomfortably is not always a bad thing. We are taught to create a life that is comfortable, but uncomfortable feelings are also a sign of growth. It’s rare we grow without being uncomfortable.  The feeling that follows uncomfortable is often life changing.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am not here to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. I believe you are the expert of your life. I am her to bring coping skills, be a third party,  ask questions that helps you think differently and hep you figure out what is best for you!
