I'm so glad you are here. Taking the first step in seeking therapy, and the strength it takes to ask for help, is HUGE. I'm proud of you, for showing up for yourself. Finding someone to talk to, someone who will listen and someone you feel comfortable with, is crucial when you, or someone you love, is hurting or struggling. I believe we can all benefit from talking to an unbiased person that has our best interest in mind. My goal is to be that for my clients. As a therapist I don’t have all the answers, and that’s not my job, my job is to help you find your answers.

Each of my sessions is tailored to the client and their needs. It is my belief that there is no “one size fits all” model for counseling. With me, counseling is whatever you need it to be. Do you want to dig into your trauma, process it, and learn from it, or do you want to vent about your week? It is up to you, you should not dread your sessions because you have to talk about something painful, and you should not leave feeling like we didn't get to talk bout what you wanted to talk about. You should look forward to talking to someone who genuinely just wants to listen and support you with whatever is on your mind and heart.
