Honestly, I love going to therapy myself. It was during my own healing journey that I realized I wanted to help others get through theirs.

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
It is totally normal to feel that way. You don’t know me! I don’t expect trust to be immediate. That is something we will build. I’ll do my best to make you feel comfortable and ease you into the process.

I think one of my biggest strengths is relatability. Whatever you are coming to therapy for I’m not going to make you feel bad for being there. My goal is to help you understand and accept yourself and where you are as we look for solutions to move you forward toward your goals.

The program I use to book sessions offers an encrypted Telehealth option that I use to work with clients who can’t come in person.
