I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston in Texas. I am currently a Medical Case Manager Supervisor with 20 years of experience in IDD and physical impairment. I utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. I desire to come alongside others to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships, and reaching their goals. I am an interactive, family-systems therapist. My therapeutic approach is to evaluate each person within their environment, provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
Consultation: 15 minutes
An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance.
Initial Visit: 80 minutes
Involves a medical history review, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.
Follow-up Visit: 60 minutes
Involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Vent Session: 30 minutes
Sometimes you don’t need a therapist or life coach… sometimes you just need someone to listen to you vent! Schedule a vent session to let it all out!
