I use an eclectic mix, often including psychodynamic work, in therapy to include the entire person: body, mind and spirit. I educate and empower clients to use practical tools learned in therapy in realistic, lifelong ways. I also like to include elements of movement, nature - especially horses, into my work. It takes courage to be vulnerable and acknowledge you'd like some help along this journey. I know because I've been there myself.
