I work with women navigating grief, overwhelm, and life’s many transitions—whether that’s motherhood, fertility struggles, midlife shifts, or the quiet ache of loss. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic and existential therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches like ACT. These frameworks help us explore your inner landscape with curiosity, not judgment—and to create a process that feels both thoughtful and practical. I believe that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken, but making space for what’s true.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling depleted, unsure, or stuck. Together, we’ll work to untangle the knots, reconnect with your values, and move toward a version of life that feels more honest and aligned.
