About Juliette
Greetings! I'm Dr. Juliette Osborne, your dedicated healthcare partner on the journey to well-being. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and dual board certification as a Family Nurse (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) Practitioner, I bring 15 years of holistic healthcare experience to the table.
My calling, guided by the Holy Spirit, led me to found PJO Health Services, LLC, where we prioritize comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care. Our integrated approach covers wellness assessments, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and psychotherapeutic support, ensuring we address the root causes of mental health challenges.
As a mother with a special needs child, I understand the importance of empathy and practical care. At PJO Health Services, our core values of convenience, flexibility, reliability, and integrity drive our mission. We're not just a medical practice; we're a community fostering balanced lives, wellness, and health management.
Technology meets compassion in our practice, offering telemedicine for convenience, as well as concierge health services through home visits and on-site appointments. I've faced life's challenges head-on, from job loss to personal struggles, and emerged as an ordained Reverend Minister and Family Nurse Practitioner.
I've recently achieved my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, channeling my knowledge into establishing the Rev. Juliette Osborne Outreach Foundation (RJOOF). This non-profit foundation aims to support those navigating their God-driven purpose, offering a helping hand through life's challenges.
Embark on this healthcare journey with PJO Health Services. Your well-being is our priority. Reach out for questions and appointments. Our services are available to residents of New Jersey and Massachusetts. Together, let's embrace a life of balance, wellness, and fulfillment!

How do you work with clients with anxiety?
I provide an opportunity for my patients to discuss their concerns or needs with me in order to determine the right treatment plans and to provide proper advice or guidance on their journey to well-being.
About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I felt led by the Holy Spirit to pursue my education as both a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner while simultaneously caring for my child with special needs. This experience has motivated me to practice my profession, as I have gained valuable insights along the way.
About Me
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I bring hope and compassionate care to a population I can self-identify with due to my child's unique healthcare needs.
About Me
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
An initial visit with me involves a medical history review, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.
About Me
How can you provide care remotely?
I understand that hectic schedules are inevitable and sometimes visiting a doctor or a practitioner takes a lot of time. It's a good thing I also offer remote services because I know that mental well-being should also be prioritized. You can contact me for my availability to ensure that the time and date suit you best.
