Hope is the most essential tool we have for engaging in the often challenging process of life. My goal in therapy is to nurture hope ....to create space for healing to take place. I work to nurture hope and healing through the use of both eclectic and evidence-based practices within a warm, safe and non-judgmental relationship which the two of us create.
