I love working within the dynamics of couples and believe the gold of potential lies within the relating process.  I was lucky to have my earlier intern supervision be with an amazing couples therapist! Having my own solid roots growing within a sacred partnership, I bring a lens of “having done the work” to know what a solid healthy evolving partnership looks and feels like. Using tools and activities to stimulate the love you have and heal the shadows that so eloquently show up in the mirror of relating—to create a container that promotes deeper levels of intimacy and growth. 

At a young age I was surrounded by seemingly fascinating and yet deeply hurt people who always felt comfort in sharing their experiences with me. I have always moved through life with a passion for the human journey, including my own healing and journey into the self. I am interested in extraordinary stories that include new hope, healing, and change. I am motivated by guiding healing through the transcendental ignition.  

Sessions with me start in the narrative and then move through a collaborative healing plan, that is attuned to your gifts and promotes strengthening your resilience. We work with your evolving goals and I invite tools that can enhance the therapeutic journey. In a sacred therapy space with me you will find a natural calm place to feel nourished and ready to navigate the depths and unconscious pieces for renewal and integrated health.
