Hello! I have worked in various mental health settings for the past 14 years and have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for the past 10 years. With advanced training and certification in perinatal mental health, I have extensive experience providing individual therapy and couples therapy to new parents. My passion is helping individuals (and their support persons) experiencing infertility, grief and loss, heightened stress, depression, anxiety, panic, and fear during pregnancy and/or postpartum. I am knowledgeable in common physical health concerns within the perinatal period that often contribute to mental health symptoms with a particular interest in preeclampsia. My other treatment interests and expertise include: sleep disorders (primarily sleep apnea and insomnia), same-sex parenting couples, self-medication through cannabis, new dads, and caregiver burnout.
