About Me

What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?

One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in thought process. It has such a significant influence on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel. I'll walk on that journey with you, offering a safe environment that encourages exploration and growth.

How does integrative therapy work and how can it help?

Although my primary way of helping others address their mental wellbeing is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is essential for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help others align those elements for improved overall health.
