Therapy is a process focused on helping you understand different pieces of yourself. The sooner you give yourself permission to invest in and understand yourself, the sooner you create room for life to be different.

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
Typically I get a sense of what my client wants to talk about during that session. We typically explore how that topic related to other issues we have discussed or how it is new. Whether the topic is new or familiar it adds another layer of understanding we talk about how this fits into our understanding of my client's strengths, skills or needs. Then we typically develop a plan or framework to test out based on this new understanding.
