Hi, I'm Konika McPherson, LMFT I’m passionate about maternal health, family-, and relationship dynamics, especially in a multicultural context.  I have decades of experience in mental health and a trauma informed approach, as well as personal experiences of having a baby that didn't fit the textbooks. Add on my own bi-cultural background, I see the therapeutic process through a unique lens. I work from a holistic perspective, considering the importance of all facets of a person and their experiences, including physical, emotional, mental, psychosocial and spiritual.
