How does family or marital therapy work and how can it help?

Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?

People made me want to become a therapist and people is what keeps me motivated!

For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?

Doing the same things expecting different results is definition of insanity…I dare you to be sane!

What does a typical session with you tend to look like?

A typical session is ease. We will start building a rapport with one another and engage with what has been going on to reach your full potential.
