I have always had an interest in understanding why people are who they are and why. I started my career in criminal justice because I wanted to make a difference but when I was working in the county jail I realized people needed more than rules and enforcement to become their best selves. People need real help gaining control and understanding coping mechanisms that really works for them.

Therapy appears to be more "acceptable" now but some people still have reservations about getting deep with a stranger. Some people may think you have to be "crazy" to need therapy. The truth is life is hard, confusing and sometimes you just need a little help seeing what you want and how to get there. Therapy is a safe space to honest and vulnerable for yourself and if you are afraid at first, and that's ok. I can help you get there.

I have experience in jails, psychiatric hospitals and working with people facing the death penalty. I have seen people when they are at their worst and the lowest point of their life. This experience has given me a level of compassion that I would not have gained otherwise.

I am completely remote.

I am also a Certified Narrative Life Coach. Coaching is not as regulated as therapy but I wanted to offer different methods so I can meet my clients where ever they are in their life journey. Coaching focuses more on where you are now and your goals for the future.
