I am a trauma therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience as well as 8 years of MH work with my BA. I have worked with many people and diverse populations. I work from a place of intuition, trust and strength building. I believe our connection and relationship is the most important part of the process. I believe in a humorous, easy going, trustworthy, strengths building approach to therapy. I see individual adults in Washington state and I am currently adding more insurances each month.
