I was born to Asian immigrant and refugee parents so naturally, I am familiar with intergenerational trauma. I am passionate about stopping the cycle of unhealthy relating and overcoming painful pasts.

How can you provide care remotely?
I utilize HIPPA-compliant software to provide safe and secure virtual video sessions. Video sessions may not be the same as in-person sessions, but I am proud to be able to telehealth therapy to people who may not be able to access BIPOC, culturally-sensitive, and/or trauma-informed therapists.
