Starting the journey of taking care of yourself does take courage and you are not alone. I offer an alternative to traditional talk therapy which encourages curiosity and getting out of one's comfort zone. Taking this first step towards searching for something better helps support you, your loved ones and circles outward. I am committed to walking beside you during this process.
What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
