How do you work with clients with anxiety?
To help clients manage their anxiety, I use personalized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation techniques, and mindfulness. We work together to set realistic goals and adjust our progress strategies on a regular basis.
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I am passionate about promoting mental health and witnessing transformational experiences. Making a positive difference, developing relationships with clients, and continuing to learn in the field all motivate me.
How do you work with clients with depression?
I work with clients who are depressed by creating a supportive environment and utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral activation. We work together to set realistic goals and adjust strategies as necessary to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment in which to confront challenges without judgment. Seeking help is a sign of strength, and therapy offers useful tools for personal development. You are not alone, and you can find hope and help through therapy.
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
People considering working with me should know that I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where they can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I am dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
I integrate evidence-based practices and stay updated on the latest research to ensure that the care I provide is rooted in the most current knowledge and techniques. Collaboration and open communication are central to my approach, and I value the input and feedback of my clients throughout our therapeutic journey together.
I am committed to empowering my clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, I am here to offer guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
Above all, I want people to know that I am deeply passionate about helping others and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to support them on their path to mental wellness.
What do therapy sessions with you look like?
During therapy sessions with me, you will find a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which we will discuss your goals and challenges together. We'll collaborate to gain insight, develop new skills, and celebrate your progress by employing evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific needs. Your suggestions and feedback are critical in shaping our sessions and ensuring you get the most out of our time together.
How can you provide care remotely?
I offer remote care through telepsychiatry, which involves conducting therapy sessions and medication management appointments over secure video conferencing platforms. This approach enables me to provide personalized care and support by conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored treatment plans using evidence-based techniques. Telepsychiatry improves accessibility and convenience for patients, particularly those who face barriers to in-person care. Regardless of the virtual setting, my goal is to create a supportive and therapeutic environment in which clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
