Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist to support people as they navigate through the struggles of life . My motivation is seeing the change a person can make simply by feeling seen.
For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
Therapy can be difficult at first, learning to trust another , but it can be freeing when you find the right fit .
What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am genuine and honest, I take a strength based , restorative therapy approach as we walk through ways of breaking the cycles that have hindered change .
