For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I'd let them know I've been there. It can be scary and vulnerable to start therapy. And it can be so worth it. My biggest advice would be to remember that you are in charge. You get to decide if a therapist is right for you and can always change your mind, even after you've started working with someone. It can sometimes take a bit to find the right therapist, but when you do, you can find a safe space in which you are able to explore your identites and learn to embrace your magic.
