Lauren Gembry

Lauren is a licensed professional therapist, certified clinical trauma professional, approved clinical supervisor, and has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive experience working with the substance abuse and mental health population. She has worked with young children, teens, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and family/couple conflict. Lauren works from a structured, creative and eclectic standpoint in order to help clients address and overcome their struggles. She aims to help promote long-term changes by addressing the mind, body and spirit. Lauren uses modalities such as, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and family systems to support her evidence-based practice. Lauren offers individual therapy, family/couples therapy, and works with all ages.
