I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with more than ten years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families. My specialty is treating individuals suffering from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship issues due to trauma.
Training received includes:
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Interpersonal Therapy.

About Me
Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
Being a psychotherapist is my second career after being a physical therapist for more than twenty years. I found that physical wellness is not sufficient to define a person's well-being. A person's well-being includes the body, mind, and spirituality. This realization motivates me to pursue my second career in counseling. I aspire to bring a holistic approach to help clients pursue wellness, healing, and restoration from the trauma they experienced.
