I am a true empathic down to earth individual that believes in authentic discussions and genuinely cares for my clients well-being! I am enthusiastic about practicing with a Holistic approach and believe that the healing process does not have to be painful! I am proud to be a social worker as I am a firm believer in advocating for social justice and respect each person with dignity and respect. My social work background has enlightened my therapeutic perspective to guide all walks of life to become their best self with a focus on balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

A typical session with me begins with YOU and what you are wanting for your life! I meet my clients on their level to assist in developing goals, while bringing Holistic healing to each session to overcome life stressors and challenges. I thrive on providing a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space for my clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations freely! I am more than happy to walk this journey with you and guide you towards the light to achieve optimal wellness!

My experience began in a residential substance abuse treatment facility for adolescents! During this time, I offered guidance and mentorship to patients while co-facilitating therapy groups. I also have 4+ years experience working with children and adolescents in a crisis stabilization unit, providing crisis intervention, behavioral modifications, facilitating groups, and being a lending ear to those that were needing someone to hear them! I have worked with children and adolescents who were struggling with grief and loss including death, divorce, and in the foster system. Full of innovative ideas, imaginations and energy, I embrace the work I do with this population as the younger generation has so much to offer!
